Location: Temple, TX
Position Description: Working under the general supervision of the Employment Compliance Manager, while also supporting the HR Teammate Relations/Policy Manager, the Teammate and Compliance Analyst assists in the development, implementation, auditing, monitoring and evaluation of the Teammate Relations and HR Compliance programs’ structure and processes that ensure organizational compliance with applicable federal and state law and Internal policies. Key areas include auditing and monitoring of processes related to recruitment, onboarding, records, reporting, data management, and related areas.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Five years of work experience in the analysis, interpretation and reporting of data required, preferably with HR programs and regulations. See link for more.
