&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead our Talent Marketing function. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy, digital marketing, analytics, and leadership.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You will partner closely with Corporate Marketing and Talent Acquisition leadership to elevate McLane’s employer brand and drive innovative, data-informed strategies that attract top talent across the country.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Job Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, or related field preferred).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;3+ years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or brand strategy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;Proven experience leading or influencing marketing initiatives and cross-functional teams.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and campaign analytics.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;Experience with CRM platforms and marketing technologies preferred.&amp;nbsp; Demonstrated success driving measurable outcomes (e.g., lead generation, engagement, conversion).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;Strong communication and storytelling skills.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impact.&lt;/li&gt;
