    We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead our Talent Marketing function. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy, digital marketing, analytics, and leadership.

    You will partner closely with Corporate Marketing and Talent Acquisition leadership to elevate McLane’s employer brand and drive innovative, data-informed strategies that attract top talent across the country.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, or related field preferred). 
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or brand strategy. 
    • Proven experience leading or influencing marketing initiatives and cross-functional teams. 
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and campaign analytics. 
    • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing technologies preferred.  Demonstrated success driving measurable outcomes (e.g., lead generation, engagement, conversion). 
    • Strong communication and storytelling skills. 
    • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impact.

    Location: Temple, TX

    Job Duties:  Assists with the development, implementation, auditing, monitoring and evaluation of HR Compliance programs' structure and processes that ensure organizational compliance with applicable federal and state laws and Internal policies. Key areas include monitoring and auditing of processes related to recruitment, onboarding, teammate records, reporting, data management, and related areas.

    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least two years’ relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated industry, is required. Experience conducting HR compliance audits and ability to perform basic research. Experience with analysis, interpretation and reporting of data, preferably with employment regulations. Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
