CenTexSHRM (formerly Central Texas Human Resources Management Association - CTHRMA) is a not for profit association of human resource professionals in the Central Texas area representing local businesses, government entities, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. Chartered in 1976, CenTexSHRM is a highly recognized chapter in Texas and has been awarded Superior Merit Awards for the past several years, which demonstrates our commitment to advancing the HR profession. CenTexSHRM is the premier organization of professionals dedicated to advancing the value of Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development for the purpose of improving individual knowledge and expertise, organizational performance, and community development.
