PRESENTATION SUMMARY

The current Administration has made significant changes in the country’s employment laws, with more to come in the near future. From his appointments to his Administration, expected appointments to the Courts, to sweeping legislation and rule changes, these alternations will affect employers for years to come. In this session, we will discuss what the new Administration has done in the employment law arena in the first year, and what we can expect in the upcoming years. Following this session, attendees should be able to:

  • Identify changes made by the Biden Administration in employment law
  • Learn anticipated employment law changes that will be made by the current Administration
  • Develop practices and policies to address the changes in the workplace
