With the worsening talent shortage, the landscape has shifted to a job-seekers labor market. Many businesses are struggling to fill positions and compete in this tight market. It seems as though job seekers can have their pick of open positions! The reality is that barriers to employment still exist for many people, such as those with disabilities or criminal backgrounds. Removing these barriers to employment meaningfully changes lives, helps communities, and provides many advantages for employers as new talent pools are opened.
